His entry on the palate is silky, fruity, with persistence and very friendly.

PRODUCTION AND AGING
Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures to enhance primary flavors and fermented in stainless steel conical tanks at a controlled temperature for 15 days. Total maceration period of 20 days.
Aged in French and American origin barrels, with the strict monitoring and supervision of our technical department. When the wine was at its optimum bottling moment, the total duration of the breeding completed 12 months.
Decanting is recommended.
Temperature recommended for consumption between 14º and 16º.
