Wine of great character and structure, with a state of maturity after passing by barrels, that manages to tune its aroma and flavor, giving it prominent organoleptic features, such as an harmony and elegance that define it as wine of author.
Summer heat and lack of rains during august and september, made this vintage to become as one of the best in the Bierzo region.

Soil composition: Stony presence of slates, quartzites and other minerals.
Altitude: 625 meters
Handmade, with a selection of the wine grape performed manually, choosing bunches of small grain, with perfectly mature chipped. The must had a prefermentative process and maceration for 10 days. The total duration of the fermentative process and maceration was 22 days. The passing thought soft toasted and extra fine grain allier frenck oak barrels, with wood chosen by our technical department, lasted 12 months, wherewinw suffered malolactic fermentation.
Decantation is recommended.
