DESCRIPTION
The sharp fruitiness character lets it show all the qualities and characteristics of the variety Mencia; its stay in barrel complements these qualities, giving it subtlety, elegance and complexity.
His entry on the palate is silky, fruity, with persistence and very friendly.

PRODUCTION
Fermentation in stainless steel conical tanks at a controlled temperature for 10 days for a total maceration period of 20 days.
Aged in French barrels, origin of the Burgundy region, with the strict monitoring and supervision of our technical department. When the wine was at its optimum bottling moment, the total duration of the breeding completed 9 months.
CONSUMPTION
Decanting is recommended.
Temperature recommended for consumption between 14º and 16º C.
