WINEMAKER DESCRIPTION
Flooded with floral and fruity aromas, makes its youth a quality, adding as a virtue a body and structure strange in this class of wines. A young wine with high expression of the variety and the vineyard it comes from.
The taste is fresh, lively, with an excellent balance, and a fleshy tannin which gives it a great complexity.
VINEYARD
Production Area: Villafranca del Bierzo and Valtuille de Arriba
Age of Vines: 35 Years
Soil Composition: Stony presence of slates, quartizites and other minerals.
Altitude: 650 meters.
PRODUCTION
Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures to enhance primary flavors and fermented in stainless steel conical tanks at a controlled temperature for 15 days, total maceration period of 20 days.
CONSUMPTION
Temperature recommended for consumption between 10º and 13º.
